- If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time – at your discretion.
- If you would like to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, to do so, simply send an email directly to the Administrator at biuro@dowlegal.pl, or
in the case of cookies by changing your cookie settings. - If the processing of your personal data was carried out on the basis of your consent, revoking it does not make the processing of your personal data illegal up to that point. In other words, we have the right to process your personal data until you revoke your consent, and revoking it does not affect the legality of previous processing.

Yes. In connection with the Data Controller’s use of popular services (including Facebook), your personal data may be transferred to the USA. For our part, we ensure that the data will be transferred in compliance with all legal requirements. The providers of these tools guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection through the relevant compliance mechanisms provided by the RODO, in particular through the use of standard contractual clauses.
9. Transfer of data to third countries
Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws, we do not process your personal data “indefinitely”, but for the time it takes to achieve the stated purpose. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.

- Website activity analysis – data related to website activity analysis will be processed until it becomes obsolete or no longer useful, but for no more than 2 years,
- Archival and evidentiary purposes – data related to archival and evidentiary purposes will be processed until you successfully object or the purposes of the processing are achieved,
- Determination, investigation and defense of claims – data related to claims will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims, whereby the period of limitations for claims may vary in light of applicable laws;
- Fulfillment of obligations under the RODO – data related to the protection of personal data will be processed until it is no longer useful, you successfully lodge an objection or the expiration of the statute of limitations on our liability as a Personal Data Controller.
10. Rights in connection with the processing of your personal data
We inform you that under the RODO you have the right to:
- Access to their personal data;
- rectification of personal data;
- deletion of personal data;
- limitation of personal data processing;
- Object to the processing of personal data;
- portability of personal data,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (if you find that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may file a complaint to this effect with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority).
