Education and qualifications

He completed his law studies at the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, at the same time participating in doctoral seminars under the guidance of Dr. Ryszard Stefanski, Professor at Lazarski University. Two years later, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, defending his thesis entitled. “Human Resource Management in Foundations.” Since 2011, he has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Work experience

For several years, he served as an advisor to the board of directors in one of Warsaw’s media companies. Currently, as Managing Partner at DowLegal Law Firm, he advises the boards of many companies, including those listed on the Stock Exchange. He specializes in protecting the interests of board members and business owners, with an emphasis on safeguarding both the interests of the company and the personal interests of its managers.

Publications and media activities

He is the author of numerous legal publications in which he shares his knowledge and experience. His articles have appeared, among others, on TVN Bis, Polstat, Law.pl, where he has covered topics related to franking credits, changes in reference indices and issues of limitation of claims.
