Julia Decowska-Olejnik

She graduated with honors from the European School of Law and Administration in Warsaw with a Master of Laws degree. She has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2007.

She began her legal career in 2006 at a Spanish-speaking law firm of attorneys, where she gained valuable experience in serving business entities, with a particular focus on the real estate market. Since 2007, she has been running her own law practice, providing comprehensive legal assistance to businesses.

He serves as a lecturer in business law for trainee attorneys at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, sharing his knowledge and experience with young students of the profession.

He specializes in the resolution of disputes between partners in commercial and civil partnerships, processes related to the acquisition and development of real estate, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts in professional transactions. Represents clients in litigation, focusing mainly on commercial cases.

She is co-author of the publication “Evidence Process in Fiscal Crimes and Offenses. Outline of the System,” in which she analyzes issues related to the evidence procedure in the context of fiscal criminal law.
